MINDSCAPING IS EQUALLY EFFECTIVE IN PERSON OR ONLINE.
If you're unable to come to Folkestone we can work easily online using Zoom. This requires a simple app download and a good WiFi connection. There is no hypnotic induction; you will spontaneously go into a light trance but if the connection is lost will be able to come fully back to the present without feeling "spaced out" or sleepy.
Everyone's mind is different so it's hard to state a session time, but expect it to be from 30-90 minutes.
